COSVIO Hosts Annual Community Picnic Celebrating Unity
CARMICHAEL, CA – The Council of Sacramento Valley Islamic Organizations (COSVIO) is pleased to announce its Annual Community Picnic on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Ancil Hoffman Park in Carmichael. This family-friendly event offers a perfect opportunity for community members to come together for a day of fun, socializing, and supporting local Muslim-owned businesses.
The picnic will highlight:
- A diverse range of locally owned Muslim businesses showcasing their products and services, including food vendors offering a variety of cuisines and stalls featuring handmade goods, clothing, and more.
- Family-friendly activities such as soccer, flag football, volleyball, and bouncy houses for children.
This annual event is not only a celebration of unity but also an important platform to support our community. It offers a space for families and individuals to connect with each othe and enjoy a day of activities in a welcoming atmosphere.
